		What is a #30? For comparison, zipper sizes #3 through #8 are normal everyday zippers that can be purchased from craft and sewing stores. A #10 is known as a "biker jacket" zipper and while it can be found online, it not often seen in retail outlets. A #15 is the thickest tooth width manufactured in the US and can only readily be found direct from sporting goods suppliers. After researching zippers for over two years for various costuming projects, we've found that any size over that wasn't available to the public, other that in the form of zipper chain. So, we had to change that...
	Are these real zippers? Yes. These #30's zip and unzip in the exact same way as their smaller counterparts - the teeth are simply a larger scale, zipped-closed at 1" wide. The overall width including the tape is 3". They are not simply zipper chain. The zipper pulls here didn't even exist until we requested the mold to be developed, which doubled the price of manufacturing. However, please note that these are not bottom-separating, as we've been informed there is still no way to construct a zipper of this size and accuately account for zipping alignment.
		How long are they? The #30's available are complete individual zippers at 23" long. There is only this one length at the moment. Again, they are not just zipper chain. While they can be edited by shortening like any other zipper, they are sold as complete and functional, and already include an installed slider pull and an end stop, ready to use without additional assembly. See here for a tutorial on how to splice multiple zippers together yourself to lengthen the zipper &/or to add a second pull. (Or, if you prefer, Saeru can combine multiple zippers for you.)
	What are they made out of? The teeth & pull are molded from thick heavy-duty durable plastic, and are mounted on normal zipper tape (which is cuttable, sewable, gluable, etc.) All together, a single complete zipper weighs about 6.7 oz. Also, the teeth-contours differ on the front and back - one side is a traditional jigsaw-like wave, and the other is a sharp triangular zigzag. (The loop for the pull is by default on the side shown in the top image. Another tutorial is on its way on how to flip the pull to the other side.)
		What colors do they come in? We have natural black, grey and white. The "black" zippers consist of black teeth & pull on a black tape. The "grey" have medium-grey teeth, also on a black tape with a black pull. The "white" zippers have white teeth on white tape. We also have had three successful attempts so far at spray-painting the teeth (using Krylon Fusion brand.) Results of further tests to be reported here.
