Hello!

I'm finishing going through the last of the forms from the January opening over the next few days. I am completely booked through 2010, and will be booking those requests into 2011 in order to give everyone who submitted a form in January a chance. I will not be accepting any commission requests for 2011 when I open in February, however. These spots available from Feb 13-15th will be for rush requests (ie any date in 2010) only.

Rush slots will only be accepted for coats, since I know exactly how long those take me to make. There will be one additional coat slot available each month from March to December.

Rush slot coats have a base price of $300. All other features (hood style, chains/pulls, lining) are the same prices as listed in the Price Guide.

The procedure for getting a rush slot is as follows:

1. Fill out the coat form Here!, but don't hit submit yet.
2. The 'Convention name' slot will be changed into a 'month requested' slot. Put the month you would like to have your coat COMPLETED by here (March-December).
3. In the comments field, let me know if you would be willing to pay extra for a coat guaranteed in that month, and how much extra you are willing to contribute. These rush slots are almost like auction slots--each month's slot will go to the highest 'bidder.'
(sample:
Month needed: May
Bid: +40$ for guaranteed 'by May' slot, or stick me in where you can for regular rush price.)
4. If you're interested in a rush slot, but don't have a particular deadline and don't want to play the bid wars, you can just click: 'submit' and I'll slot you in wherever I can fit you, or let me know in the comments field that any month is fine. ^.^
5. Submit your form, and I'll get back to you ASAP!

Since these are a bit more like auctions, I will try VERY hard to have all rush forms processed within a week so you know if you're in or not. If not all 2010 rush slots fill up, I will open these again in March.

I apologize in advance if they are not very clear when I speak!

I wanted to know:
1)to have a zip #30 black, I write in the section "Any extra info?" (in the section "Zipper Choice", is not the choice "balck")
2)what is the "Interior Lining"? What are the differences without?
3)in the section "Character" I write as a member of the organization I want?

1: They are currently unable to use the black zippers. To quote their commission page, "Please note : the solid black color zipper is currently discontinued and not available for coat commissions in the near future. We will be making a new batch eventually, but it is not a selectable option at the moment."
So, unfortunately, you would have to make due with a different choice.

2: To quote again with the lining, "Having a lining simply makes the coat more comfortable and softer to wear - most notably for characters with tighter sleeves (Axel, Demyx, Xigbar.)"
Basically, it helps keep the inside of the coat clean, and more comfortable in hot and humid weather.

3: Correct, this is because different characters had slightly different coat designs. Some had tighter coats, while others were more flared.


I hope that helps answer your questions. I figured I could answer, since it may be a few days before Saeru can get back to the forums. :)

Hello, I'm not a site administrator, but I have ordered a coat, and might help you - also know a slight bit of italian :)

1) Italian - No, nero non è disponibile. Io ha ordinato un cappotto con un grigio chiusura lampo, è anche molto abbastanza.
English - No, the black zipper is not available. I have ordered a coat with a gray zipper, that is also very pretty.
2) Italian - Il collegamento è corretto, ma tu non possono il cappotto adesso, la forma è chiusa.
English - The link is correct, but you can not order the coat now, the form is closed.

I'm hoping you guys will be opened again in a few months, as the cosplay I'm ordering for is not for over a year. I would be terribly sad if you guys had closed down.

There's no rush, I'm just curious and I haven't seen anything on the site that says when you're reopening for submissions.

We're going to get our taxes and loan stuff all done this month, move (finally! hopefully next month) and start getting situated over the next little bit after that. (We also have to start training a full-time secretary so we have more time off-the-internet to actually keep up with the demand.)
But...yep, it should be a few months from now when Sae will have the chance to re-evaluate how many requests we can accept in the future. (Not to put any pressure on Sae or anything!)

Actually, that reminds me. The moving part, will the address be the same for sending the signed contracts in? I've had issues preventing me from getting it sent out this last week, and I know you guys are moving, so will the address for the mail be changed any time soon?

We're still on the "finishing up taxes" part, actually. ^_^;

When we do start the actual move, it's also going to take many multiple trips consolidating all the locations where our stuff is currently stored...so it's not going to be a quick process. Also, I'm not sure which address Sae gave you, but for either Edwardsville or Geneva, we're leaving behind roommates &/or family members still at those houses who can forward along our mail.

Hello!

It can take me a week or two to reply to the e-mail. I'm -really- sorry about this...I do it so that I can give the first set time to get their money in so that I can make sure the second set gets slots. I know its a long time to wait, and I'll do everything I can to make it shorter.

After that? I make sure you get the coat by the deadline we agreed on.
